Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer to join our team at IOCO. As a Senior .NET Developer, you will play a critical role in designing and developing high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop software applications using various technologies, including C#, Angular, SQL, and more.
  • Deliver functional and defect-free components within agreed timelines, adhering to technical architecture and standards.
  • Analyze software requirements and plan development accordingly.
  • Communicate effectively with regards to project plans, issues, and timelines.
  • Participate in improving the overall functionality of our products.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of projects.
  • Research and apply new technologies to enhance our software solutions.
  • Build custom web services and integrate them into our systems.
  • Maintain existing systems and ensure they remain up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with user experience designers to create user-friendly experiences.
  • Perform peer code reviews and ensure high-quality code.
  • Deploy software solutions to production and UAT environments.

Requirements

  • Relevant Information Technology degree or National Diploma.
  • At least 7 years' experience in developing information systems.
  • 7+ years of software development experience using Angular 4 or higher, C#, .Net Core, MVC WebAPI, LINQ, Entity Framework, and other relevant technologies.
  • Proficiency in CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and SQL Server or relational database management systems.
  • Experience with Rabbit MQ or other message broker/service bus systems.
  • Git-based source control experience.
  • Agile software development (Scrum) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) experience.
  • Unit testing skills.
