About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Nursing Practitioner to join our team as a Nurse Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a commercially viable clinic, promoting and delivering professional services in line with SANC regulations, company policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- To establish and grow a loyal client base through effective promotion of the Clinic's services and delivering high standards of patient care and customer service.
- To provide a multitude of clinic services, including lifestyle management screening tests, well baby clinics, health immunisations, baby health monitoring, reproductive health services, adult immunisations, primary health care, and Phlebotomy Service.
- To counsel and advise patients on health information, weight management, and refer patients to Pharmacists and other health professionals when appropriate.
- To ensure patient information is held securely, confidentially, and accurately maintained on an electronic system, and payment is received for all services rendered.
- To ensure the efficient running of the clinic through effective administration, booking of locums, and timely reporting on financial and stock management.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years' practical experience in a broad range of nursing disciplines, preferably Community Health, Primary Health, and Midwifery.
- Experience with Unisolv and Allegra.
- Registered Nursing Practitioner with SANC.
- 3-year Diploma in Nursing or the 4-year degree.
