  • Workshop Facilitation: Conduct workshops to educate staff members on significant company changes, such as new financial protocols or policies.
  • Progress Updates: Ensure timely communication with all parties involved in the transition process.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve transition-related issues efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years' experience in transition management.
  • Skills: Proficiency in transition management software, such as XenonRTM and Jira; expertise in project management, transition documentation, tools, and templates; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong analytical skills; good time management and organizational skills.
