Key Responsibilities:
Claims Management
- Process and manage end-to-end claims, including registration, assessment, validation, and settlement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles.
Client Service
- Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates on the status of their claims.
- Address client queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
Investigation and Assessment
- Verify the validity of claims by reviewing documentation and conducting investigations.
- Identify potential fraud and report any suspicious activity to the relevant department.
Compliance and Reporting
- Prepare and submit claims reports as required.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in non-motorised short-term insurance claims processing or a related role.
