We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled PR Eng / Tech Civil Engineer to join our client's team in Bloemfontein.
Main Responsibilities and Requirements- The successful candidate will oversee various stages of the project, ensuring its successful completion within time constraints while maintaining the highest standards.
- The engineer will implement and supervise quality control measures to ensure top-notch workmanship and materials.
Key Requirements:
- Professional registration as a Professional Engineer or Technologist with relevant engineering authorities.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in roads, upgrades, and rehabilitation projects, with a preference for specific experience on SANRAL projects.
- Must be based in Bloemfontein or willing to relocate for the project's duration.
- Demonstrated maturity and proven experience in managing complex engineering projects.
- Proficiency in road design and construction principles, along with a robust understanding of relevant regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders, contractors, and team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a proactive approach to overcoming project challenges.
- Capability to thrive under tight deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities.
