Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between end-users and the BI project team, gathering business requirements and understanding business objectives, questions, and problems.
  • Obtain and present data to address issues, utilizing tools and techniques to create data results, from basic queries to multidimensional analyses and data mining.
  • Participate in the design of data marts, providing an optimal balance of data availability, format, flexibility, and performance.
  • Involved in the end-to-end Data Product Lifecycle, including requirement definition, data analysis, and data modeling.
Requirements:
  • At least 3/5 years' experience in delivering Data & Analytics projects through facilitating the Data/Analytics Development Lifecycle.
  • General BA competencies, including business analysis planning and monitoring, requirements elicitation, requirements management and communication, business architecture analysis, requirements analysis, solution assessment and validation.
  • BA tools and techniques, including acceptance and evaluation criteria definition, benchmarking, brainstorming, business rules analysis, data dictionary and glossary, data flow diagrams, data modeling, decision analysis, document analysis, focus groups, interviews, metrics and key performance indicators, non-functional requirements analysis, observation, organization modeling, problem tracking, process modeling, prototyping, requirements workshops, risk analysis, scenarios and use cases, structured walkthrough.

BI Project Related Skills:
  • Apply BIBA methodology in agile environments.
  • Strong SQL skills.

  • Deep knowledge of modern data platforms.
Required Qualifications/Certification:
  • IT or business-related qualification.
  • FTI or similar BA qualification advantageous.
