Key Responsibilities:

The Retail Store Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day activities of a retail store, focusing on sales growth, customer satisfaction, and team management.

  • Reports directly to the General Manager
  • Manages procurement, internal sales, and external sales operations
  • Responsible for warehouse management and reporting to head office
  • Visits clients to expand the customer base and maintain relationships
  • Develops and implements procedures and controls
  • Accountable for the region's retail store performance and branch HR (supported by Head Office)
  • BUILDS knowledge of market trends in the PPE industry and implements company vision
  • Mentors an effective team of 15 people
Requirements:
  • Tertiary education is desirable
  • Experience in the PPE industry or similar sectors such as manufacturing, power tools, and industrial
  • Good understanding of merchandising principles
  • Retail experience is essential
  • Excellent people skills are required
  • A car is necessary for client visits
