FlySafair is a leading airline that requires a skilled Technical Documentation Specialist to manage its aircraft records and documentation. The successful candidate will maintain accurate and complete records of flight operations, maintenance activities, and other related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update the maintenance system with daily flight hours, oil usage, and complaints;
- Review and verify accuracy of all records and documentation;
- File and scan hard copy paperwork as required;
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company procedures;
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies;
- Update part changes/movements on ATLRs;
- Verify and file certificates received;
- Notify administrators of new components;
- Assist with updating work orders and Ads into the MRO System;
- Distribute documents as requested by departments;
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential);
- Certificate/Diploma in administration or related qualification (Advantageous);
- 1 – 2 years of technical records administration experience in a mid-size organisation (Essential);
- Experience working with aircraft documentation systems (Advantageous);
