Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage deceased estates, with a focus on liquidation and distribution.

Requirements:

  1. Matric or equivalent qualification
  2. Degree in Law (LLB)
  3. 5+ years of experience in Estates and Trust Administration
  4. Proficiency in Afrikaans and Isixhosa languages
  5. Familiarity with Greatsoft and Legalease software
  6. Certificate in Estates and Trust Administration
  7. Able to draft Wills and administer Will Trusts

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of estate administration laws and regulations, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
