Job Responsibilities:

• Provides direct and indirect occupational therapy services to patients in various age groups.
• Conducts initial evaluations within 24 hours, documents data, sets measurable goals, and formulates an individualized plan of care.
• Completes documentation of inpatient evaluations and treatments on the date of service.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Clinical Specialty certification
