Infrastructure Project Management

The Runway Rehabilitation Project is a complex undertaking that demands attention to detail and strong project management skills. As the Site Lead, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Project Scope
The project scope includes leading and managing site supervisory teams, overseeing contract administration, monitoring construction progress, generating detailed reports, and managing project finances. Effective handling of claims and maintaining excellent communication with the client are also essential aspects of this role. Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards is crucial.

Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, applicants must have a BSc/BTech degree in Civil Engineering and Pr Eng/Pr Tech Eng registration. A proven track record (10 years) in road/runway/taxiway rehabilitation projects is necessary. In-depth knowledge of SAICE GCC contracts, MS Office, and MS Project is also required.
