Job Description

We are seeking a Global Clinical Specialised Services (CSS) Manager to support our Global Care operation. The role requires a self-starter, influential leader, and agile individual who can work remotely and use virtual platforms for interaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • CSS Portfolio Oversight: Oversee the CSS team and ensure effective delivery of non-standard clinical care requests associated with Lyra's offerings.
  • CSS Operations Oversight: Establish, implement, and improve best-practice policies and procedures for smooth running of operations.
  • CSS Data Management: Manage data for client EAP/WFMH Programme reporting, internal metrics, and impact measures.

The successful candidate will work closely with other departments at Lyra to ensure smooth running of cross-departmental processes and manage financial processes and resources within the operation.
