Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for using innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage top talent, conducting industry research to inform hiring strategies, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Utilize a range of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events, to identify high-quality candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and engagement activities.
  • Conduct thorough research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices in recruitment.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Specialists, to ensure seamless execution of recruitment initiatives.
  • Identify and address talent gaps and develop targeted sourcing strategies to meet business needs.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 or Equivalent (Essential).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Advantageous).
  • 3–5 years recruitment experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle (preferably internal recruitment processes) (Essential).
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Sourcing.
  • Proven experience working on multiple vacancies with tight deadlines (Essential).
  • Exposure to Application Tracking Systems (Advantageous).
  • Knowledge and understanding of HRM practices and procedures (Advantageous).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
