Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain IT Architecture
    • Develop and maintain the organization's IT architecture, ensuring it is aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
    • Review and evaluate the current state of the organization's architecture, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Business Architecture Roadmaps
    • Work with business stakeholders to develop Business Architecture Roadmaps, outlining tactical and strategic initiatives to achieve target business capabilities.
    • Identify and resolve dependencies and impacts across the architecture landscape.
  • Solution Design and Implementation
    • Design solutions based on business requirements, aligning with Reference Architecture policies and standards.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to review and refine architecture roadmaps and designs.
  • Enterprise Architecture Policy and Standards
    • Develop and maintain Enterprise Architecture policy and standards, ensuring they are aligned with industry best practices and business objectives.
    • Work with the Project Management Office (PMO) to coordinate project pipeline management.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience
    • 10 years of experience in an enterprise software development position.
    • 5 years of experience in an Enterprise/Solution Architect role.
  • Skills and Certifications
    • TOGAF certification is an added advantage.
    • Familiarity with relevant Information Technology governance and legislative frameworks (such as COBIT, ITIL, TOGAF, SDLC, ASAP, SOA).
