">The successful incumbent will be responsible for delivering supportive IT functions that have a direct impact on client relationships and require swift turnaround times. Responsibilities may encompass involvement in multiple focus areas, such as support, initiation of integrations with Billers and Payment Networks, generation of ad hoc reports through designed and modified SQL scripts, and monitoring of transaction irregularities in the value chain from Payment Network to Biller.

">- Support and stage monitor the integration process of Billers.">
- Participate in various IT integration functions.">

Requirements:
">To be considered for this role, you should possess a relevant tertiary IT qualification and approximately 3 years of experience in a similar position, including expertise in SQL, IT systems monitoring, MS Office suite (specifically MS Excel), and customer support. Experience in MS Access and the Financial Services industry, particularly in the payments sector, will be advantageous. Additionally, you should have stable internet connectivity and fluent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a good understanding of Afrikaans. Any additional language proficiency is beneficial.
