Key Responsibilities
  • Direct Patient Care: Provide assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic patient care and treatment plans.
  • Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.

Requirements
  • Education: Hold either a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or Registered Nurse/Midwife Diploma.
  • Licensure: Hold a valid practice license in their home country.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in electronic medical records systems.
Experience and Qualifications
  • Minimum Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in the same field, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Certifications: Maintains required hospital certifications, such as Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Advanced Life Support (NALS), etc.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate evolving patient needs and healthcare protocols.
