Site Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled Site Operations Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day activities of our Booysens site. This dynamic role requires a proactive individual who can prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain excellent communication with stakeholders.

In this capacity, you will be responsible for facilitating site operations, managing equipment maintenance, and promoting a culture of health & safety among team members and contractors.

  1. Operational Support: Provide logistical support to ensure seamless site operations, including coordinating maintenance schedules, supplies, and services.
  2. Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment by engaging with the maintenance team, sub-contractors, and internal stakeholders to address concerns and improve processes.
  3. EHS Management: Develop and implement effective EHS protocols to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

A successful candidate will possess a Gr 12 or equivalent technical qualification (NTC 3), a strong understanding of mechanical maintenance principles, and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
