Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Oil and Gas Consultant to join our team at Unique Personnel Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EPCM project delivery, with a proven track record of managing projects within budget, time, and quality constraints.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project sub-packages, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Oversee site installation and construction, controlling package scope and managing changes.
- Interface with various functional areas, including Design, Procurement, Legal, Finance, and SHEQ.
- Ensure compliance with client and company processes, utilizing ERP and project management software systems.
Requirements
- National Diploma in Engineering (minimum) or Qualified Engineer Technologist/Technician (preferred).
- Registration with ECSA or recognized international body.
- Project management courses based on PMBOK principles.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in the Oil & Gas sector, including 5 years as Project Coordinator or related role.
- 3 years in Design Engineering in the Oil & Gas Industry.
- Practical site construction experience (advantageous).

- Thorough understanding of PMBOK project management principles.
- In-depth knowledge of quality, environmental, and safety management systems.
- Strong grasp of contract management and requirements.
- Comprehensive understanding of project scheduling.
