The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting legal agreements such as Sale of Business, Shareholders' agreements, Asset for Shares, Subscription, Call-option, Non-Disclosure, Employment, Confidentiality / Restraint, Surety / Loan Agreements, Memorandum of Incorporation, Wills & Deeds of Trust, Board / Shareholder Resolutions, Board Charters, Terms of Reference, and Policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting legal agreements and documents
  • Researching and interpreting commercial law
  • Assisting in commercial litigation and dispute resolution
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives

The successful candidate will be an admitted attorney with 2-5 years of relevant post-articles experience. They must also have experience in Commercial litigation, Administrative Law, Corporate Law, and Dispute Resolution, specifically Mediation and Arbitration. A working knowledge of Business Rescue is highly desirable.
