Financial Analyst

Doncour Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst - Cost Management Specialist to join their team in Mokopane, Limpopo Province.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date costing records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Generate detailed costing reports to inform business decisions and drive cost reduction initiatives.
• Develop and maintain complex costing models to optimize financial performance.
• Monitor and analyze purchase price variances, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Conduct thorough stock evaluations at month-end, assisting with physical counts and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with various departments to provide expert IT-related support and training.

• BCom Accounting degree or equivalent qualification.
• CIMA qualification highly recommended.
• Completed SAICA articles.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Cost Accounting, preferably with experience maintaining inventory items setup on NAVISION.
• Strong analytical, numeracy, and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on accountability and responsibility.

An estimated salary range of R250,000 - R400,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
