- Provide superior Private Wealth customer attraction and retention through face-to-face interaction.
- Ensure seamless customer experience in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Perform banking duties and oversee the financial activities for Private Wealth clients.
Accountability:
- To build customer relationships in preferred market segments.
- Own the primary relationship with clients, working collaboratively with specialists.
- Ensure required contact strategy based on client segmentation.
- Build, maintain, and execute client relationship plans.
- Secure new business through interaction and engagement with current and prospective clients.
- Retail existing clients within acceptable targets.
- Achieve customer satisfaction scores as per agreed threshold.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- B-degree in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies or equivalent NQF Level 6 qualification.
- Five (5) years' relevant Private or Wealth or Premium or Private Wealth Virtual Banking experience.
- FAIS Compliance.
