About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join our team at vonq-organic. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing our company's receivables and ensuring timely payment from our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and reconcile client statements on a monthly basis
  • Investigate and resolve queries and disputes in a timely manner
  • Generate credit notes and manage receipting and cash applications
  • Record bad debt entries and generate reports
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Provide accurate collection estimations and forecasts
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 with a focus on Accounting
  • Credit Management 1 certification
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • General Finance Knowledge
