Qualifications and Experience">

To be considered for this role, you will require:

  1. A minimum Bachelor's/Honours/Masters degree in the relevant lecturing discipline
  2. NQF level 6 qualification in Education (PGDHE or equivalent) an added advantage
  3. Training and Development an added advantage
  4. 1-5 years' lecturing experience
  5. Experience in guidance and counselling, and remediation

You will also need to possess key competencies such as knowledge and understanding of the South African higher education systems and regulatory framework, knowledge and understanding of teaching and learning theory and interventions, and the ability to provide student support services.
