  2. Prepare comprehensive valuation reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Review and analyse property tax assessments and identify opportunities for reduction.
  4. Research and stay up to date on local, state, and federal tax laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate property valuations.
  • Participate in property inspections and provide feedback on condition and potential value.
  • Communicate with local government agencies to resolve any valuation or tax assessment issues.
  • Assist with financial forecasting and budgeting for properties based on valuation data.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in property valuation and rates assessment.
  3. Strong knowledge of property valuation methods and techniques.
  4. Familiarity with local, state, and federal tax laws and regulations.
