- Coordinate technical Toolbox meetings to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among the team.
- Mentor technicians and artisans, assisting with fault finding and developing their skills.
- Procure critical parts and maintain minimum stock levels to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct investigations, produce reports, and propose alternative solutions to address issues.
- Promote plant safety regulations and conduct risk assessments to mitigate potential hazards.
- Investigate incidents, establish non-compliance, and conduct root cause analysis to prevent future occurrences.
- Provide input on design specifications to improve plant efficiency and contribute to budget control of repairs and maintenance costs.
- Manage the computer maintenance system (Shopware) to streamline administrative tasks.
- Assist with disciplinary hearings and manage staff absenteeism to maintain a productive work environment.
What We Offer:
">We offer a competitive salary range of R550,000 - R700,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
