As a Behavioral Health Specialist, you will be instrumental in this mission, working closely with families and healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans.
Job Description- Safeguard the well-being of patients by implementing and enforcing crisis intervention strategies, including verbal de-escalation techniques and physical interventions when necessary.
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify areas requiring improvement, tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each individual.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless coordination of care.
- A minimum of two years' experience in a related field, preferably within a psychiatric setting.
- Possession of excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to maintain professional boundaries.
- Demonstrated expertise in therapeutic relationships and trauma-informed care.
