You will also participate in the preparation of compliance reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Tasks:

  1. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting the IT sector and support analyzing and interpreting regulatory changes and assessing their impact on the organization.
  2. Assist in monitoring the company's compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  3. Assist with tracking compliance initiatives, conducting compliance audits/risk assessments, and reviewing documentation.
  4. Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.
  5. Contribute to identifying and assessing potential compliance risks and vulnerabilities.
  6. Assist in developing mitigation plans associated with compliance risks and vulnerabilities.
  7. Assist in preparing compliance reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies and auditors.
  8. Participate in developing and delivering compliance training programs to educate employees on compliance standards, regulations, and best practices.
  9. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities and initiatives.
  10. Assist in developing and managing incident response plans for compliance-related breaches or violations.
