Our company, 4 Unternehmen 1 Philosophie, is a leading Tier 1 principal contractor in the UK Main Contractor sector. We are currently undertaking a later stage of a prestigious new build scheme in East London.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to play a pivotal role in the successful execution of Stage 4 of the development project. As a key member of our team, you will report directly to the Site Project Director and oversee a team of Construction and Logistics Managers.

  • **Project Management**: Coordinate and execute all aspects of the development project, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • **Team Leadership**: Manage and mentor a team of Construction and Logistics Managers, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • **Stakeholder Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining clear communication channels throughout the project lifecycle.
  • **Risk Management**: Identify and mitigate project risks, addressing challenges to ensure project success.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 3-4 years' experience in a Senior Project Management role within a Tier 1 principal contractor environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
  • Positive attitude with a strong sense of motivation and ambition.
