The key responsibilities include:

  • Redefine and modernize People & Culture analytics, ensuring real-time, predictive, and business-relevant insights.
  • Consolidate and automate data sources across multiple HR systems to improve efficiency and accessibility.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools that translate HR data into actionable business intelligence.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and IT teams to align analytics with business priorities.
  • Implement forecasting and workforce planning models to support business growth.

The key performance indicators include:

  • Reduction in manual reporting effort and increase in automated analytics solutions.
  • Time-to-insight improvement for key HR metrics.
  • Adoption rate of analytics dashboards across HR and business functions.
  • Accuracy and reliability of predictive workforce analytics.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's or equivalent degree and 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, finance, or IT, preferably within a multinational environment. They should have strong analytical skills with expertise in Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools and hands-on experience with HRIS, data warehousing, and cloud-based analytics platforms.
