Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Capital Recruit. As an AV Solutions Business Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and fostering strong client relationships.

About the Role

This is a sales-driven position responsible for new business development, managing existing client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. You will be working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and deliver a superior client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Become knowledgeable about audio-visual equipment, systems, and solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales approaches
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular sales reports to management
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and deliver a seamless client experience
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships
  • Strong knowledge of the audio-visual industry, market trends, and competitor activities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales and negotiation skills to close deals and increase sales
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
