Job Summary
The Clicks Group is looking for a Training and Education Coordinator to support our pharmacy, clinic, and front-of-shop healthcare functions. This role involves coordinating learning activities, delivering training sessions, and evaluating program effectiveness. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the delivery of learning activities in accordance with business needs. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance knowledge and skills of pharmacy staff. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments. Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members. Contribute to the development of training materials and resources. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance overall performance.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field. Professional registration as a pharmacist. Relevant work experience in a retail or healthcare setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Willingness to continuously learn and develop skills.
