Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Visual concept development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop and refine innovative visual concepts for integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Design and layout: Design and produce TV ads, print ads, digital ads, digital and social media assets while ensuring all designs are on-brand, visually engaging, and align with campaign objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters and other team members to develop integrated, cohesive creative work.
  • Feedback and refinement: Adapt visuals based on feedback from senior creatives and clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in art direction or graphic design (agency experience preferred).
  • A portfolio showcasing creative, strategic, and visually impactful work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
