Johnson ReSource Group is seeking a highly qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to fill a critical role in a school setting. The successful candidate will have a passion for working with students who have communication disorders and a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

The position involves evaluating and diagnosing speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties, developing and implementing treatment programs, and providing counseling to patients and their families. You will also be responsible for establishing patient understanding, expectations, and goals for treatment, creating accurate documentation and reporting for all patient visits, and delegating duties to support personnel as necessary.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a current SLPA certificate, CPR certification, TB skin test, auto insurance, and a driver's license. Experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties
  2. Develop and implement treatment programs
  3. Provide counseling to patients and patients' families about results of testing and recommended treatment options
  4. Establish patient understanding, expectations, and goals for treatment
  5. Create accurate documentation and reporting for all patient visits
  6. Delegate duties to support personnel as necessary
