We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team as Head-Credit Risk. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our Credit Risk function and ensuring that our credit analysis, risk control, and business enablement meet their objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Risk management: Develop and implement strategies to safeguard our bank's financial stability.
  • Team leadership: Guide and support various stakeholders, including subordinates, executive management, board risk committees, and internal and external auditors.
  • Credit policy development: Ensure credit policies and procedures are robust, align with all policies and regulatory requirements, and support our organization's strategic objectives.

As a senior manager, you will also need to possess strong technical and functional competencies, such as entrepreneurial thinking, problem-solving, business acumen, communication and influence, performance focus, analytical skills, and planning and organizing.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years of credit and investment risk management experience at senior management level.
  • Experience in presenting at senior committees and contributing to setting the risk appetite levels for the organization.
  • Strong understanding of credit risk principles, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
