  • Production Flow and Quality Assurance | 40%
    • Oversee the production flow of content, from stakeholder brief to end product, ensuring work is fully QAed and meets the brief.
  • Process Development | 10%
    • Work closely with EMEA content leads to refine processes.
  • Ensure Content Delivery | 25%
    • Chase commissioning editors, writers, and proposition owners to ensure that content is delivered to schedule.
    • Monitor and manage Ten's communications schedule to ensure no delays or clashes in content release.
  • Represent Content in Meetings and Communication | 10%
    • Act as a liaison for content with external departments, assisting with briefing processes and sign-offs.
    • Run daily meetings with the content team and represent the content team in meetings with other stakeholders.
  • Content Quality Control | 5%
    • Work closely with writers, sub-editors, and CRM specialists to ensure content is meticulously checked, expressed in Ten's tone of voice, and tells the story of Ten.
  • Onboarding and Training | 10%
    • Onboard new team members with production processes.
