The Senior Site Activation Coordinator, Czech Speaking will be responsible for performing site activation activities at a country level, including feasibility, site activation, and some maintenance activities in assigned studies for investigative sites.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in life science or a related field and a minimum of 2 years' work experience in healthcare or a similar industry. They should possess good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and sponsors.

You will work closely with the Site Activation Manager, Project Management team, and other departments as necessary, reviewing documents for completeness, consistency, and accuracy, preparing site documents, and tracking progress. You will also support the updating and maintenance of internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines, and project plans with accurate and complete project-specific information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Science or related field
  • Minimum 2 years' work experience; 1+ years in healthcare or similar
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects
