Junior Account Manager (Affiliate) Job Description

Initiate International is seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Account Manager (Affiliate) to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our affiliate team, you will be responsible for executing and refining daily operational tasks, ensuring excellent communication and time management skills, as well as expertise in administrative and data entry tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Efficiency: Handle daily tasks focused on efficiency and accuracy, ensuring seamless execution of affiliate campaigns.
  • Process Documentation: Maintain and update operational process documentation and platforms, primarily using Monday.com, to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Data Management: Manage data setup and integration at the operator level, including account creation, postback implementation, and testing, with specific training provided.
  • Affiliate Campaigns: Align with affiliate campaign requests, handling network integration and link creation, with specific training provided.
  • Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between business units daily, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties as needed, supporting the team's operational needs.
Requirements:
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is essential for this role.
  • iGaming Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the iGaming industry would be highly advantageous, but not required.
  • Time Management: Strong time management skills are necessary to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Organizational Skills: Good organizational skills with the ability to transfer data accurately and promptly are essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable working with various platforms are required.
