Position Summary:

LIFE Healthcare Group is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Midwife Qualified to join our team at Life The Glynnwood Hospital. As a Registered Nurse Midwife, you will be responsible for providing holistic maternity care to mothers and newborns, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve Company & Hospital strategic objectives. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care and customer satisfaction according to LIFE Healthcare Policies & Procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve Company & Hospital strategic objectives.
  • Manage nursing staff according to their Scope of Practice.
  • Effectively participate in the management of costs in the unit.

Requirements:
  • Registered at SANC as a Registered Nurse with Midwifery qualification.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a shift leader.
  • Strong competencies required: problem-solving, analysis, and judgement.
  • Resilience and adaptability.
  • Good interpersonal skills required, respecting patient and staff confidentiality.
