About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Lead to join our team at Profile Personnel. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly oversee the Manufacturing Engineers and ensure that they are meeting their performance targets
  • Compile weekly reports on engineering KPIs to analyze actual vs target (CT, Scrap, OEE etc.)
  • Attend daily OPS meetings to provide feedback and actions
  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors for the execution of planned projects/CI initiatives
  • Perform weekly/monthly process audits to ensure compliance to IATF16949

Requirements:

  • N4 in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering – Trade Tested or similar
  • Qualified Millwright an added advantage
  • Experienced on Injection Molding Machines (Engel) an added advantage
  • 5 years' experience in Automotive Engineering Environment
  • Computer literacy is a must
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
