Main Accountabilities
  1. Implementation and enforcement of company policies and procedures.
  2. Promoting regulatory compliance and adherence to industry standards.
  3. Staff scheduling, absence management, and site-specific needs coordination.
  4. Payroll query resolution and accuracy assurance.
  5. Maintenance of health and safety records and compliance.
  6. Development and delivery of on-site training for cleaning staff.
  7. Investigation of workplace incidents and report preparation.
  8. Cost management oversight, including chemicals, labor, and equipment.
  9. Team leadership and management, ensuring smooth site launches.
  10. Clients relationship development and maintenance.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Matric certification required.
  • A valid driver's license (Code 08) is necessary.
  • Strong computer skills are essential.
  • 3-5 years' experience in the cleaning industry.
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
  • Knowledge of relevant cleaning industry regulations.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
