About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Analyse complex financial data and provide insightful recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience as a Financial Manager in the Financial Services Industry.
  • BCom Accounting or relevant tertiary education.
  • Registration with SAIPA, SAICA, or CIMA.
  • Proficient in accounting software.
  • Strong knowledge of property accounting industry.
  • Valid driver's license and own transport.
  • Contactable references and payslips.

Compensation Package

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary package, including:

  • A basic salary of between R 45 000 and R 55 000 negotiable based on experience.
