- Site Management: Oversee daily site operations to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications, minimizing delays and cost overruns.
- Quality Control: Ensure all construction work meets quality and industry standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Budget Management: Monitor project costs, control expenses, and report on budget variances to maintain fiscal responsibility.
- Health and Safety: Implement and enforce safety protocols in compliance with local regulations and company policies, prioritizing employee well-being.
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to provide project updates and resolve issues efficiently.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and delays, ensuring timely completion and minimal financial impact.
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in construction management or site management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts (JBCC, FIDIC, NEC), and local building codes.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time-management abilities, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A commitment to safety and quality is essential.
