We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion. This role will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to drive successful project delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
  • Site Management: Oversee daily site operations to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications, minimizing delays and cost overruns.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all construction work meets quality and industry standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project costs, control expenses, and report on budget variances to maintain fiscal responsibility.
  • Health and Safety: Implement and enforce safety protocols in compliance with local regulations and company policies, prioritizing employee well-being.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to provide project updates and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and delays, ensuring timely completion and minimal financial impact.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in construction management or site management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts (JBCC, FIDIC, NEC), and local building codes.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time-management abilities, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A commitment to safety and quality is essential.
