Job Title: Recruitment Officer/Consultant

At ABC Worldwide, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Officer/Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing all stages of the recruitment process, from sourcing and selecting candidates to managing the candidate application journey.

Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and Selection: Proactively source and select candidates from various talent pools, utilizing your exceptional communication skills and attention to detail to identify top talent.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Manage all stages of the recruitment process, including CV sifting, assessment tasks, phone and face-to-face interviews, and reference/verification checks.
  • Candidate Management: Manage the candidate application journey, ensuring a seamless experience for applicants and providing timely updates on the status of their application.
  • Advertising and Marketing: Design, plan, and execute advertising and marketing campaigns to promote our hiring processes and attract top talent.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Share recruitment campaign reports and learnings with key stakeholders, providing insights on recruitment market trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Candidate Location: The ideal candidate will be based in Cape Town.
  • Experience and Skills: A minimum of 3 years' work experience in recruitment, administrative, or marketing roles, with exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
  • Language Skills: Foreign language skills are advantageous but not required.
  • Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills, including MS Office, emailing, internet, social media, CRM/job portals, and LinkedIn.
