Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital payment solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Conduct research to understand customer pain points and optimize digital payment solutions to drive customer value creation.
  • Work with external stakeholders to guarantee an optimal customer experience.
  • Analyze the financial impact of implemented digital payment solutions and contribute to overall HEINEKEN Beverages strategy.

Requirements
  • University Degree in Business Administration/IT/E-Commerce/Finance.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales/digital/D&T/Finance.
  • Project management skills.
  • Expertise in agile ways of working.
  • Ability to work in agile cross-functional teams.
