Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Financial Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice on FirstRand investment and risk products, identifying new business opportunities, and managing client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Risk and Investment Advice: Provide tailored risk and investment advice to clients through virtual channels, adhering to FAIS Compliance requirements and the FirstRand Product Matrix.
  • New Business Opportunities: Identify and record leads for new business opportunities, ensuring cross-sell opportunities and strengthening client relationships.
  • Client Relationship Management: Deliver exceptional financial advice to FNB customers, exceeding their expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions.
  • Portfolio Management: Manage new clients, personal portfolios, and identify specific needs and goals in respect of financial advice.
  • Business Growth: Manage existing clients, grow portfolio through making contact with customers, generating leads, and managing the growth of active customer account base.

Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Relevant degree in finance, accounting, or investment management (Industry-related degree or CFP qualification).
  • Experience: 3-5 years' experience in a similar environment, with experience in sales, investment, and risk acumen, as well as within the Financial Services Sector.
  • Certifications: RE 5 (Must not be under supervision).
