About the Role
The Medical Education Fellow will play a key role in the design, development, and delivery of undergraduate teaching programs in NHS Highland. This individual will be responsible for working collaboratively with our team to create engaging and effective educational experiences for our students.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement undergraduate teaching programs in collaboration with our team
- Conduct clinical and educational research or development activities
- Participate in the assessment and evaluation of educational programs

Requirements
- Fully registered medical practitioner with a keen interest in medical education
- Experience in teaching in an NHS setting is essential
- Normal entry point into specialty training with an NTN, though other applicants will be considered
