Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Manager to join our team at Adcorp Group.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the development and implementation of strategic payroll initiatives, aligning with business objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of payroll professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain accurate and efficient payroll processes, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on payroll-related matters.
Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinating payroll activities, including data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
- Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of payroll transactions, including journal entries and reconciliations.
- Providing regular reporting and insights to management on payroll performance, including metrics and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, with a focus on professional development and training.
- Tertiary Accounting qualification and Grade 12 essential.
