Mixology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Mixology Specialist to join our team at The Elms Hotel & Spa. As a Bartender, you will serve beverages and food to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner, resulting in guest satisfaction.

You will also prepare beverages for other servers to supply to guests and act as a cashier for the lounge. Your daily responsibilities will include maintaining proper and adequate set-up of the bar, requisitioning and stocking all necessary items, and ensuring the quality of fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables.

Greeting guests warmly, promoting and documenting drink orders, and mixing, garnishing, and presenting drinks using standard recipes and prudent portion control are key aspects of the role. You will abide by all State, Federal, and Corporate requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, and be able to operate a cash register and handle cash transactions.
