Responsibilities:

  • Safety Performance
    • Implementing a stop-and-fix culture on sites related to non-standard operations or unsafe work conditions.
    • Liaising with the Safety Manager/Officer on all aspects of SHEQ & IR.
  • Construction Oversight
    • Directing and guiding site personnel to achieve effective construction execution.
    • Developing and implementing Construction Execution strategies during the project execution phase.
    • Coordinating between site contractor's management teams, COENG engineers, and clients' representatives across all disciplines.
  • Project Monitoring
    • Managing contractor's schedules against contractual programs.
    • Evaluating regularly the performance of Construction relative to project schedules and other agreed objectives.
  • Quality Control
    • Managing all site-based QCPs through discipline supervisors using COENG standard documents.
    • Setting up and implementing reviews and audits to provide assurance of adherence to procedures and work practices.
