Mixology Specialist

Beverage Service Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers, read and listen to their preferences to determine drink orders, make recommendations, and take orders.
• Plan drink menus and inform customers about new beverages and specials.
• Select and mix ingredients, garnish glasses, and serve beverages to customers.
• Check identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol.
• Take inventory and order supplies to maintain a well-stocked bar and tables.
• Adhere to all food safety and quality regulations.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately and return correct change to patrons.
• Maintain a clean work area by removing trash, cleaning tables, washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.

Compensation: Estimated annual salary is $40,000-$60,000 based on experience and location.
